Appointments
Please bring your health card, any referral letters, relevant imaging or reports, a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing that allows for movement and assessment.
Initial assessments are typically 45-60 minutes. Follow-up treatments are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan and needs.
No referral is needed for physiotherapy, acupuncture, or osteopathy. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Services & Coverage

Yes! We offer evening appointments Monday through Friday until 7:00 PM to accommodate busy schedules.

Yes, there is metered street parking available on Broadway and surrounding streets. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
